At Serene Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible. ALL APPOINTMENTS have a 15 minute grace period! This means any minute later will result in a cancellation. We can only extend this grace period if give us notice that you are in route to the salon! Please understand that this policy is to assure that EVERY client enjoys their experience and that there will be no interference with individual appointments!
In the event of a cancellation, you MUST cancel at least 24-hours PRIOR TO your appointment. Anything after your 24-hour grace period will result in a cancellation fee which will be 50% of your original service cost.
The same rules apply for NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments!
This cancellation fee is non-negotiable and must be paid prior to future appointments.
Regardless of how you booked your appointment (online or in-person/phone)
These policies apply to EVERYONE!
In case of an emergency and you can no longer make your appointment, contact the salon directly & you will be cancelled & rescheduled without charge.
Starting on June 1, 2023 we will be requiring non-refundable deposits for SELECT SERVICES!
These services will include: Braid Services, Color Services, and New Client Services.
In the event of YOU cancelling after the 24-hour window:
Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment!
In the event of YOUR STYLIST cancelling:
You will be notified & rescheduled as soon as possible. You will also have the option of receiving a refund for your deposit, but this will mean you will not be rescheduled!
